| Q 1 - With so many bottled waters available today, what makes a difference and how can I tell what I’m drinking? |
|
The biggest difference is the type of water in the bottle. Filtered water and Spring Water are the most common available. A lot of the decision depends on personal taste however Spring Water is natural water from the earth and is not stripped of its minerals by the filtration process used in “purified” or “reverse osmosis” water and by many of today’s store brands (Dasani, Aquafina, etc).
To tell what you’re drinking read the label for mineral, calcium, fluoride content, manufacturers information and the source of the water (spring water only, filtered water uses city water supply) prior to bottling. These should give you a good comparison.

| Q 2 - What does “bottled at the source” mean and why is it so important? |
|
| “Bottled at the source” means that the water was put into the bottles that are delivered to you at the spring site, straight from the water source, 300 feet inside a glacier. It is so important because there are no tanker trucks, shipping bulk water to the warehouse where the water is held In a storage tank until the bottles are filled. There are no human hands touching the product or using pumps and hoses to move the water from storage tank to storage tank. It means that water is in its most natural form, straight from the pristine underground glacier to your home or office. Unmatched purity and quality. |
| |
| Q 3 - How often do you deliver and how many bottles do I need to take? |
|
In most of our delivery locations we are in each delivery area on a weekly or bi- weekly basis. Our minimum order is typically three or four bottles depending on your area and we can adjust your delivery frequency from as short as weekly, up to every four weeks depending on the number of bottles required.
Should you run out before your delivery day, in most areas you can pick up your water at our location or make use of our “hot shot” delivery service available on request for an additional charge. |
| |
